Privacy Policy
How Swift Outsourcing Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Effective date: October 11, 2026
Swift Outsourcing Solutions OC, LLC (“Swift Outsourcing Solutions,” “we,” “us” or “our”) runs this website, swiftoutsourcingsolutionsoc.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to job seekers, employer clients and anyone else who visits or uses the website.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and staffing request forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, address, the type of staffing you need and your message.
- Job applications and new-hire paperwork: if our HR team gives you an access code, you can complete our employment application and new-hire packet online on the Apply Now page. Depending on the forms included, it may ask for your contact details, work history and availability, identification and work-authorization details, tax withholding information, payroll and direct-deposit details, emergency contacts and your electronic signature. The date, time and IP address are recorded with each electronic signature.
- Emails and phone calls: anything you choose to share when you contact our team.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through server logs, our website security firewall and our hosting provider.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To answer your questions and provide staffing services to employer clients.
- To match job seekers with positions, review applications, and onboard, place, pay and manage our associates.
- To meet legal requirements, such as employment eligibility verification, tax, payroll and record-keeping rules.
- To keep the website secure, including blocking spam, bots and malicious traffic.
- To maintain and improve the website and our services.
- For any other purpose we describe to you when we collect the information, or with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How We Share Information
- Employer clients: when you apply for or are placed in a position, we share relevant details (such as your name, qualifications, work history and availability) with the client company where you would work.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the website and our business, such as website hosting, content delivery and security, email delivery, spam and bot protection, maps, cookie consent management, and payroll, HR and onboarding services. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons: government agencies or other parties when the law requires it (for example, for tax or employment eligibility purposes), to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our associates, our clients or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services on This Website
Some of our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse, and our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These services are provided by Google and may collect information such as your IP address and device data. Their use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. Our website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare and protected by the Wordfence security firewall, which process IP addresses and request data to block attacks.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use cookies that are needed for the website to work and stay secure, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choices. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting other cookies. When you first visit, a cookie notice lets you accept or decline cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and clearing this site’s cookies will show the notice again so you can make a new choice. Some parts of the website may not work properly without necessary cookies.
Do Not Track: some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. We keep application, employment and payroll records for as long as employment, tax and other laws require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, a website firewall and malware scanning, two-factor authentication for administrator accounts, and encrypted storage of online application data. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
