Applied to a position on Indeed and called the office about 3 times before I finally got a answer by Jackie. She told me the position was filled but she had other offloading positions available so I thought wow I have other options. I arrive to the office the next day and felt sketched out just by the appearance of the place and how she didn't even introduce herself she just asked for my two forms and she gave me the paperwork to sign. Now the entire time I was there she got no calls, no other applicants, but well I thought my odds were good since she said she had multiple positions so I went on with it. These were lots of forms even for a agency so I was there at least 45 min..One call the entire time to clearly a friend talking about the weekend. When I finally spoke to Jackie she said there was a position to start in 3 days but it wasn't any of the offloading positions she had mentioned before so I'm like oh well 3 days isn't to bad..turns out it actually took 11 days to even schedule the interview. I let her know that I'd rather wait for these other offloading positions since supposedly the owner of the company calls every other day temps but guess what all the sudden she said she's getting no calls. I could only conclude they have no positions besides their own position to lie to keep their own work going without being considerate of others time. I'm legit worried that Jackie and this "agency" have my information.

They mentioned they will contact my agency rep who was Jackie for next process. I call my agency rep and told her what happened. She told me the job didn’t want me which left me shock. I let it go. 1 month later, I’m using another agency. They were trying to get me same job unknowingly. I was told they didn’t want me because I was a no show to them previously. Meaning I was hired from Swift Outsourcing Solution. I’m very confused why Jackie would tell me that the company didn’t want to move forward with me. MAKING ME A NO SHOW ON THEIR RECORD. I didn’t found until 1 month later. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY AGAIN
